The GTW8-20 CNC Stirrup Bending Machine is a fully automatic, servo-driven machine designed for high-precision rebar processing by combining straightening, bending, and cutting in one efficient system. It processes single rebars from φ8–20 mm and double rebars from φ8–14 mm, producing up to 1,800 stirrups per hour with excellent accuracy and minimal material waste. Featuring an intelligent PLC control system, LCD touchscreen, programmable shape memory, and energy-efficient operation, it delivers reliable performance, low maintenance costs, and high productivity, making it an ideal solution for construction, steel fabrication, and precast concrete manufacturing.
