Overview
Henan Xinyuchuang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently completed container loading for three units of its Type 25 CNC rebar straightening machine, bound for two continents. One unit was shipped to Brazil, while the remaining two were sent to India, where they will be deployed on local construction sites to support residential building and road/bridge infrastructure projects.
Loading Operations
The loading process was carried out with precision and close coordination between workshop staff and forklift operators. The Type 25 rebar straightening machine — with its blue-and-grey integrated housing — features a solid, compact structure well suited to long-distance container shipping.
The team used a forklift to carefully lift and position each complete machine into the container, then manually fine-tuned its placement and secured it in place. Multiple layers of protective packing and shock-absorbing measures were applied to guard against impact and wear during the long ocean voyage, ensuring the entire loading and packing process was carried out safely and efficiently.
About the Equipment
The Type 25 CNC rebar straightening machine is one of the company’s best-selling flagship models. It is highly automated and capable of completing straightening and fixed-length cutting of both round bar and deformed (ribbed) steel bar in a single pass. With stable processing accuracy and a low failure rate, the machine is well suited to the demanding job-site conditions found on construction projects in both Brazil and India.
Expanding Global Reach
In recent years, the company has continued to expand into overseas construction machinery markets, optimizing its equipment and manufacturing processes to suit the site conditions of South America and Southeast Asia. Backed by consistent product quality, it has secured repeat orders and long-term partnerships with customers in multiple countries. The simultaneous shipment of three units in this batch reflects strong international market confidence in the company’s rebar processing equipment.
Looking ahead, the company will continue to upgrade its products and strengthen its overseas after-sales support network, further expanding its share of the international market and contributing high-quality “Made in China” machinery to infrastructure development worldwide.
