- Preparation
- Ensure the bending machine is on a stable working platform, free from obstructions.
- Check that the power cord is securely connected and the power socket is properly grounded.
- Check that the cutting tools and clamps on the bending machine are correctly installed and undamaged or loose.
- Power On
- Press the power switch to ensure the bending machine is powered on.
- Check the indicator lights on the control panel to ensure a normal power supply.
- Parameter Adjustment
- Set parameters such as bending angle and radius as needed.
- Adjust the bending speed and bending force according to the size and quantity of the reinforcing bars.
- Reinforcing Bar Installation
- Place the reinforcing bars to be bent onto the clamps of the bending machine.
- Ensure the reinforcing bars are correctly positioned and not misaligned or loose.
- Begin Bending
- Press the start button; the bending machine will begin operation.
- Observe the bending process, ensuring the reinforcing bars are bent to the predetermined angle and shape.
- During bending, carefully observe the bending machine’s operating status; if any abnormalities are detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection. 6. Completing the Bending
- Stop the bending machine when the rebar is bent to the predetermined angle and shape.
- Remove the bent rebar from the clamp and place it in the designated location.
- Turning Off the Power
- Press the power switch to turn off the power to the bending machine.
- Disconnect the power cord to ensure equipment safety.
