Operation Procedure
- Connect the console to the power supply.
- Connect the main unit to the power supply.
- Turn on the power switch and test the main unit cables to ensure they are in the correct order.
- Click the screen to tighten the large wheel. The small wheel will automatically release. Then, insert the rebar. Click the large wheel to release. The small wheel will automatically tighten.
- Click the small wheel feed button on the screen to feed the rebar under the large wheel. The large wheel will tighten. Click the large wheel feed button again to adjust the rebar cutter position.
- Turn the knob to return to the default setting and click Start.
- To test whether a single rebar is functioning properly, select the built-in arbitrary pattern modulation option for automatic modulation. Click Start to see if the machine is producing stirrups properly.
- After the individual stirrups are properly straightened, rotate the modulation and continue to operate for normal production.
- Enter the desired rebar pattern, length, and quantity on the screen and click Start to begin normal operation.
