Types of steel bar cutting machines
Generally, there are automatic steel bars cutting machines and semi-automatic steel bar cutting machines. Fully automatic, also called electric cutting machine, converts electric energy into kinetic energy through a motor to control the incision of the cutter to achieve the effect of cutting steel bars.
The semi-automatic is to manually control the incision, to cut the steel bar. And more should belong to hydraulic steel bar cutting machine. Hydraulic steel bar cutting machine is divided into two categories: rechargeable and portable.
1. Horizontal
Horizontal steel bar cutting machine belongs to mechanical transmission, and is widely used because of its simple structure and convenient use.
Structure: It is mainly composed of electric motor, transmission system, deceleration mechanism, crankshaft mechanism, body and cutting knife. It is suitable for cutting 6~40mm general carbon steel bars. Working principle: Driven by the motor, the eccentric shaft is driven to rotate by the V pulley and the cylindrical gear.
A connecting rod is installed on the eccentric shaft, and the connecting rod drives the slider and the movable blade to reciprocate in the sliding of the base, and the fixed blade fixed on the base is made of carbon tool steel and is made of heat treatment.
The angle is 3° and the rear angle is 12°. Generally, the distance between the fixed blade and the movable blade is 0.5~1mm. Two stoppers are installed on the machine bases on both sides of the knife edge to reduce the swinging phenomenon of steel bars.
2. Vertical steel bar cutting machine
Vertical steel bar cutting machines are used for fixed use on steel bar processing production lines in component prefabrication plants.
Working principle: The flywheel shaft is driven by the power of the motor through a pair of pulleys, and after being decelerated by the three-stage gear, the eccentric shaft is driven by the sliding key clutch to realize the reciprocating movement of the moving blade, and cooperate with the moving blade to cut the steel bar.
The clutch is controlled by the handle to engage and disengage, and manipulate the up and down movement of the moving blade. The pressing device is rotated by the hand wheel, which drives a pair of helical gears with internal reminder threads to move the screw up and down, and press the steel bars of different diameters.
3. Electro-hydraulic
The electro-hydraulic steel bar cutting machine is mainly composed of an electric motor, a hydraulic transmission system, a control device, and a stationary blade.
Working principle: The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, the eccentric surface of the eccentric shaft retracts and the plunger it contacts moves back and forth,
so that the plunger pump generates high-pressure oil into the cylinder, pushes the piston in the cylinder, drives the moving blade forward, and The fixed blades fixed on the support are staggered to cut the steel bars.
4. Manual hydraulic
The hydraulic system of the manual hydraulic steel bar cutting machine is composed of pistons, plungers, hydraulic cylinders, pressure rods, pull pins, return springs, oil storage barrels and discharge, oil suction valves and other components.
Working principle: First tighten the oil discharge valve clockwise, lift the pressure rod, the plunger is lifted, the oil suction valve is opened, and the hydraulic oil enters the oil chamber; when the pressure rod is lifted, the hydraulic oil is compressed into the cylinder cavity, thereby push the piston forward, and the movable cutter installed at the front end of the piston can cut off the material. Immediately after the material is cut off, unscrew the oil valve counterclockwise.
Under the action of the return spring, the pressure oil flows back to the oil chamber, and the cutter automatically retracts into the cylinder. And so on and so forth, to cut tendons.
It is suitable for cutting all kinds of ordinary carbon steel, hot rolled round steel, rebar, flat steel and square steel in construction projects.
