Working principle of CNC steel bar bending machine

Working principle:

1. Thread the steel bars into the straightening machine pressure roller, turn the straightening machine electrical control button to the moving position, adjust the handwheel to press down the first two horizontal and vertical wheels to make the steel bars in a curved shape, and press down the remaining vertical wheels to make the steel bars in a straight shape. Click the straightening machine forward button to check if the steel bars can be straightened. If they cannot meet the requirements, adjust each handwheel appropriately to make the steel bars reach the requirements and smoothly enter the bending hoop mechanism

2. Adjust the size of the hoop reinforcement, adjust each bending point according to the requirements of the hoop reinforcement size, loosen the locking bolts on the bending hoop components, and use a special tool handle (randomly attached) to rotate the gear shaft to move each bending point until it reaches the required size of the hoop reinforcement. After that, tighten the fixing bolts and do not loosen

1. Improper configuration of oil pipeline. Solution: Configure according to the manual.

2. The gap between the upper and lower blades is small or hard. Solution: Adjust the upper and lower blades to around 0.2mm.

3. The electromagnetic directional valve does not change direction. Solution: Check if the circuit is disconnected, replace the electromagnetic directional valve, etc.

4. The duration of a single connection switch is relatively long, and the closing time is actually shorter than the electrical time. Solution: Adjust the time appropriately until it is no longer connected.

5. Continuous cutting of long closed point proximity switch damage and circuit damage. Solution: Replace. 6. The delay closure time of cutting only one wire is longer than the time of the electrical appliance. Solution: Adjust the time to 3-4 seconds.
