Shipping Policy

Delivery Terms: Delivery is defined as the point when the equipment is ready for pickup at our facility, available for shipment from our warehouse or the manufacturer’s location, or available for witness testing at our facility. All delivery dates are estimates only and do not constitute a binding commitment unless explicitly agreed upon in writing and signed by an authorized representative of xycsteelmachine

Shipping Process: All equipment will be delivered to the BUYER’s designated shipping representative. Title and risk of loss shall transfer to the BUYER upon xycsteelmachine’s delivery to the designated carrier. The BUYER is responsible for specifying the preferred shipping method. In the absence of explicit shipping instructions, xycsteelmachine reserves the right to determine the most suitable shipping method, which may include express shipping or parcel post for smaller packages.

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities: BUYER shall bear all transportation, freight, and associated shipping costs, including insurance coverage for the shipment up to the point of delivery. If xycsteelmachine incurs any shipping-related expenses at the time of dispatch or thereafter, the BUYER shall reimburse these costs accordingly.

Liability Disclaimer: xycsteelmachine is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen external factors. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be addressed directly with the carrier by the BUYER.
