Manual straightening: Manual straightening often uses straightening table straightening, hand winch straightening, and coil straightening frame straightening.
1.Straightening table straightening
There are chucks at both ends of the straightening table, which are welded with lever posts. The straightening table is used in conjunction with a steel bar wrench to straighten coarse steel bars with a diameter of more than 12mm. The straightening method is to place the steel bar between the chuck and the column, with the bent area facing the column, and then use a steel bar wrench to pull the steel bar straight.
2.Straighten the hand winch
Hand winch straightening is commonly used to straighten circular steel bars with a diameter of less than 10mm. The operation method is to use a hand winch to open the steel bar to a certain length and cut it, clamp the cut area with a fixture and hang it on the ground anchor, and continuously shake the hand winch to straighten the steel bar.
3.Straightening of serpentine tube straightening frame
The snake shaped pipe straightening frame is used for straightening cold drawn low-carbon steel wires. The operation method is to thread the steel wire through the serpentine tube and manually pull it forward to straighten it. If there is a local gentle bend, a small hammer can be used to knock it straight.
Mechanical straightening: The commonly used methods for mechanical straightening include steel bar straightening machine straightening and winch straightening.

1.The steel bar straightening machine is suitable for straightening circular steel bars and cold drawn steel bars with a diameter not exceeding 14mm, and can automatically cut the steel bars according to the required length. During the straightening process, it can remove the oxide skin, rust, and dirt on the surface of the steel bars, playing a role in rust removal.
2.The steel bar straightening machine mainly uses a high-speed flying straightening cylinder to drive the straightening block to continuously correct and straighten the steel bars.

The steel bar straightening and cutting machine can automatically straighten and cut the steel bar to a certain length, and can remove the oxide skin and stains on the surface of the steel bar. It is a commonly used steel bar forming machine. Especially the CNC steel bar straightening and cutting machine adopts the principle of photoelectric pulse and counting, and is equipped with photoelectric length measurement, number control, photoelectric zero setting and other devices on the straightening machine, so as to automatically control the number of cut pieces and stop operation.
