Step 1: Connect the power to the control panel
Step 2, connect the power to the host
Step 3, turn on the power switch and test if the order of the host cables is correct
If the cutting blade obstructs the steel outlet, the sequence is incorrect and any two wire openings need to be swapped. If the cutting blade does not cover the steel outlet, it is correctly connected and does not need to be replaced.
Step 4, use the remote control to click on the big wheel to press it tightly, and the small wheel will automatically release. Then, insert the steel bar, click on the big wheel to release, and the small wheel will automatically press it tightly.
Step 5, click on the small wheel feeding button on the remote control to send the steel bars to the bottom of the large wheel, then click on the big wheel to press it tightly, and then click on the big wheel feeding to position the steel bar cutter.
Step 6, adjust the knob back to reference, then click on start.
Step 7, test whether a single steel bar is being used normally. Select the option to modulate any built-in graphics separately, and the modulation will operate automatically. Click the start button to check if the machine is producing stirrups normally.
Step 8: After the individual stirrups are straightened properly, adjust the knob continuously and click start to generate them normally.
