Operation process

1. Verify the power supply is connected and turn on the power switch.

3. Adjust the bending angle and speed of the machine based on the desired bending angle and curve shape.

8. This machine is designed specifically for high-speed rail beam plants and requires only one operator, with one to two others assisting.
9. The machine is equipped with 485 communication and internet connectivity, enabling real-time monitoring of production output and working hours.
