

YUC Positioning Network Welding Platform
This equipment uses resistance welding technology and is equipped with a horizontal and bidirectional (longitudinal) mobile workbench, which solves the disadvantage of gantry mesh welding machines that can only weld in one direction and not diagonally. The equipment is equipped with manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic processing modes to ensure high-efficiency mesh welding. The equipment uses coordinate positioning technology, which has precise positioning, short heating time and concentrated heat during welding, and does not require welding wire, welding rods, acetylene, hydrogen and other welding materials. The welding cost is low and the welds are firm.

1. Power Supply: Confirm that the main unit is connected to a power source and turn on the power switch.
2. Preparation: Check the machine status and safety devices.
3. Parameter Setting: Adjust the welding speed and current as needed.
4. Loading Wire: Place the rebar wire into the machine’s wire clamp.
5. Positioning Rebar: Place the rebar to be welded within the weld mesh as required.
6. Starting the Machine: Press the start button to begin the automatic welding process.
7. Weld Point Inspection: Check the weld quality and strength to ensure they meet the requirements.
8. Shutting Down the Machine: After welding is complete, shut down the machine for cleaning and maintenance.
