Equipment Purpose
The fully automatic CNC rebar bending machine introduces Italian technology and has been developed through multiple technical improvements by our company’s technical department and long-term testing. It has replaced the traditional manual rebar processing methods, which were time-consuming and labor-intensive. This machine has many features such as energy saving, reduced consumption, saving time and labor, safety and convenience, and reducing workers’ labor intensity. At present, it has reached the advanced domestic level and is the main equipment used in construction projects for bending stirrups and rebars.

Operating Procedure

Turn on the power supply of the control console.

Turn on the power supply of the main machine.

Switch on the power and check whether the sequence of the main machine cables is correct.

On the screen, click to press the large wheel (the small wheel will automatically release), then insert the rebar. Click to release the large wheel (the small wheel will automatically press).

On the screen, click the small wheel feeding button to feed the rebar under the large wheel. Then press the large wheel again, and click the large wheel feeding button to feed the rebar to the cutter position.

Rotate the knob to adjust the return parameters, then click start.

Test a single rebar for normal operation: choose any built-in shape, select the single option, set to automatic operation, then click the start button to check if the machine produces stirrups correctly.

Once the single stirrup straightening test runs normally, rotate to set continuous operation to begin normal production.

Enter the required rebar shape, length, and quantity on the screen, then click start to operate normally.
