Operating Procedure

First, confirm that the machine is connected to the power supply and the power switch is turned on.

The feeding worktable should be level with the lower part of the cutter; the table length can be set according to the length of the processing material.

Before starting the rebar processing equipment, check and confirm that the cutter has no cracks, the tool holder bolts are tightened, and the protective cover is secure.

Rotate the pulley to check the gear meshing clearance and adjust the cutter gap.

After starting, run the machine idle first. Only continue working after confirming that all transmission parts and bearings are operating normally.

If abnormal operation, unusual noise, or cutter tilting is found in the rebar cutting line, stop the machine immediately for inspection and repair.

After completing work, cut off the power supply and use a steel brush to clean debris from between the cutters.
